Chris Higdon

Community Development Manager at Georgia Municipal Association

Chris Higdon's work experience begins in 1995, when they worked as a Community Development Associate at the Institute of Community and Area Development. In 1996, they became an Economic Development Associate at the Atlanta Regional Commission and stayed in that role until 1998. From 1998 to 1999, Higdon worked as a Licensed Realtor at Northside Realty Atlanta. Then, from 1999 to 2009, they held the roles of Design, Sales, and Project Management at Scapes by Scapesgroup LLC - DBA Scapes. In 2010, Higdon joined the Georgia Municipal Association as the Community Development Manager, handling various responsibilities related to community and economic development. Chris also served as the Loan Program Manager for the Georgia Cities Foundation.

Chris Higdon attended the University of Georgia - College of Environment + Design from 1990 to 1995. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree with a focus on Landscape Architecture.
