Courtney Hogans is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a focus on air traffic control and operational coordination. Currently serving in the Georgia National Guard since November 2018, Courtney facilitates documentation of personal and facility records while ensuring smooth air traffic operations. Previously, Courtney held the role of Air Traffic Control Operator with the United States Army from January 2011 to January 2017, where responsibilities included maintaining safe and efficient air traffic flow and communication with aircraft and aircrew. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, alongside a High School Diploma from Wilkinson County High School.
