Joanne Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joanne most recently worked as the Director of Risk Management & Sustainability at Georgia Ports Authority since 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Phillips 66, including Director of Environmental Data Analytics and Reporting from 2015 to 2021, and Senior Operational Excellence Consultant from 2015 to 2021. From 2011 to 2015, Joanne worked as the Director of Health Safety and Environment at Phillips 66 Company, where they supported employees in health, safety, environmental, and security functions. Before that, they served as a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator at ConocoPhillips Company from 2000 to 2011. Joanne also gained valuable experience as a Hydrogeologist at the North Carolina Department of Environmental Health from 1999 to 2000 and as a Lead Chemical Operator at Wright Chemical from 1995 to 1999.
Joanne Caldwell holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Geology/Earth Science, General from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Joanne also earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Physical Science from Northwest Missouri State University.
