Kathleen Cole

Kathleen (Kat) Cole is a skilled lighting technician and designer with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Head Electrician for the North American Tour of "Kimberly Akimbo," Kathleen has also held prominent positions such as Head Electrician for multiple productions of "Rent" and has been active with IATSE 927 and IATSE Local 479. Since beginning a freelance career in lighting in 2010, Kathleen has worked with various organizations in Atlanta, contributing expertise in lighting design, maintenance, and operation for theatre, concert, and broadcast environments. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre from Columbus State University and graduated from DEKALB School of the Arts with a focus on Visual Art and Technical Theatre.
