Taylor K.

Taylor K. has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and media. From 2020 to the present, Taylor has been working as the Director of Technology at Georgia Public Broadcasting, leading the organization's technical teams in modernizing their technology stack and delivering high-quality, locally produced content. Prior to this, Taylor worked as a Project Engineer at Diversified. From 2011 to 2017, Taylor held various roles at Raycom Media, including Engineering Manager and Information Technology Manager, where they led teams and worked on innovation in television broadcasting. Before that, Taylor worked as a Systems Administrator at St. Luke School and as a Telephony / Systems Technician at Advanced Technology Solutions. Taylor's early career included roles as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Columbus State University, where they also published research on cyber security.

Taylor K. has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Columbus State University, obtained in 2011. In addition, Taylor has obtained several certifications including Dante Level 1 and Dante Level 2 from Audinate in 2018, Certified Broadcast Technologist from the Society of Broadcast Engineers in 2016, and a General Class Amateur Radio Operator License from the Federal Communications Commission in 2008.
