Terran McCanna is an experienced library professional currently serving as the PINES Program Manager at Georgia Public Library Service since July 2013, where responsibilities include coordinating staff training on Evergreen/PINES, overseeing software development projects, contributing to the Evergreen open source integrated library system, managing the GPLS Help Desk, and writing technical documentation.
