Eddie Fite

Eddie Fite has extensive experience in operations and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Eastern Operations at Georgia Quick Start since September 2003, following a role as Regional Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Business Development Director at Black & Decker HHI and holding various management positions, including HR and Operations Manager. As President and CEO of Fite Baldwin Inc., a high-performance work-group consulting firm, Eddie guided organizational growth from November 1991 to June 1995. Earlier career experience includes working as an Organizational Development Manager at GE for nearly two decades, focusing on operations management, training, and OD management. Eddie Fite holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
