Larisa Klepac

Larisa Klepac has extensive experience in operational leadership and program management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations for the Middle East and Eastern Europe at World Vision since July 2012, with prior roles including Country Director, Country Program Director, Interim National Director, and Program Team Leader. Additionally, Larisa held the position of Director at World Vision BH Foundation from March 2019 to January 2023 and worked as a consultant for the Federal Ministry of Education and Science in 2012. Larisa’s earlier career includes significant roles at Catholic Relief Services from June 1999 to December 2011, including Chief of Party and Regional Anti-Trafficking Program Manager. Larisa holds a graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from The Institute of Commercial Management and a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Mostar.
