Vickie Cobb

Vickie Cobb is currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Chief HR Officer at Georgia Southern University, where responsibilities include overseeing human resource functions and employee relations. Previously, Vickie held the position of Interim CHRO/Associate VP for Human Resources and served as Deputy CHRO/Director of Engagement & Employee Relations. Vickie's earlier experience includes the role of Area Director/Acting Director of Residence Life at Gardner-Webb University. Academic credentials include a Master of Education in Student Personnel Services and Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mercer University.
