Erickia Thompson

Erickia Thompson has over 11 years of experience in the implementation/upgrade and support of Enterprise software solutions. Erickia worked as a Business System Consultant at Georgia System Operations Corporation from December 2007. Erickia's role involved designing and developing new systems, consulting with management and users to determine system needs, and overseeing implementation and testing. Erickia also served as a liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the software development team. Prior to that, Erickia worked as a Financial System Analyst at the American Cancer Society from April 2006 to December 2007. Erickia also worked as a Financial System Application Analyst at DeKalb Medical from June 2003 to April 2006.

Erickia Thompson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hampton University, where they studied Accounting and Business. Erickia attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
