Patrick O'Connell

Patrick O'Connell, PMP, serves as the Project Control Coordinator at Georgia Transmission Corporation since June 2001. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Control Specialist and Contract Specialist at Jordan, Jones & Goulding, where standardization of client scheduling and cost management tools was a key focus. Additional experience encompasses positions as Construction Manager for the City of Alpharetta and Assistant Program Manager for Rockdale County at Raytheon Infrastructure. O'Connell began a career in civil engineering at Ebasco, following education in Civil Engineering, earning a BCE from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1990.
