Dan Fellner

Dan Fellner has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Dan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Georgia Urology since July 2020. Dan is also responsible for guiding and directing the overall provision of Human Resources services as the Director of Human Resources at Georgia Urology.

Prior to their current position, Dan held various roles at McKesson from 2012 to 2020. These roles included being the Sr. Director of Change and Program Management, where they oversaw the transformation of HR, Technology, and Finance functions. Dan was also the Sr. Director of the Enterprise HR Office, driving people strategy and governance for the North American HR function. Additionally, they served as the Sr. Director of Workforce Compliance, ensuring legal requirements were met.

Before McKesson, Dan worked at ASAP Solutions Group, LLC as the Director of Human Resources and General Counsel from 2007 to 2012. Dan played a crucial role in executing the company's business strategy and mitigating risks.

Prior to that, Dan worked at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP as an Employee Relations and Executive Compensation Attorney from 2004 to 2007. Dan provided legal counsel on employment law, executive compensation, and retention.

Dan's career began at Jones Day, where they served as a Labor Relations and Employee Relations Attorney from 2000 to 2004. Dan investigated and resolved employee complaints and claims, represented management in employment lawsuits and administrative complaints, and assisted clients in union avoidance and labor dispute resolution.

Dan's very first role was as an Associate at Fisher & Phillips, LLP, from March 1996 to June 2000, specializing in employment and labor law and providing legal advice and representation to management.

Overall, Dan Fellner has a broad range of experience in various HR and legal leadership roles, working for both large corporations and smaller companies.

Dan Fellner received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Building Construction from the University of Florida from 1987 to 1992. Dan also holds certifications from the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar, obtained in 1996. In addition, they hold a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHRi) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
