Susan Nachazel

Susan Nachazel, PHR has a diverse work experience in human resources. Susan currently holds the position of Director, People Operations at Georgia Urology since June 2020. Prior to that, Susan worked at McKesson Corporation for almost two decades as the Director, Workforce Compliance. In this role, they collaborated with various departments to develop and execute HR compliance initiatives. Susan also worked as the Area Human Resources Manager at Inacom Information Systems and as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Renaissance Hotels, where they gained experience in HR business partnering, recruitment, training, employee relations, and retention.

Susan Nachazel, PHR holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing from Michigan State University. Susan has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
