Jessica Bergeron

Jessica Bergeron, CHRP, CHRL candidate, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in labor relations, recruitment, and talent management. Currently serving as a Labor Relations Specialist at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital since August 2021, Jessica has held various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist positions at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions and Ventex Inc., where responsibilities included leading HR functions and managing the recruitment life-cycle. Previous experience at Casino Rama involved overseeing internal and external recruitment processes, while earlier roles included a Skating Instructor/Supervisor for the City of Barrie and an English Teacher at Jasaeng JS Institute in South Korea. Jessica holds a Post Graduate degree in HR Management from Georgian College and a BA in Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
