Kenneth E. Bailey

Mr. Bailey is Legal Counsel for Georgian International. Prior to joining Georgian on a full-time basis, Ken provided legal services to Georgian as a Partner at Barriston LLP. He previously worked with his own financing company, as in-house counsel with an Ontario trust company, and with Baker & McKenzie, the world’s largest law firm.

Ken adds 30 years of real estate, lending and business experience to Georgian’s management team, adding a unique combination of legal experience and hands-on business management.

Ken is involved in both day-to-day management strategies and the detailed legal work that brings those strategies to completion. He focuses on real estate transactions, development projects, and secured financing transactions for the Georgian Group of Companies with an insider’s perspective on Georgian’s long-term goals.
