Inga Khutsishvili

Inga Khutsishvili, PhD, MBA, serves as the Head of Corporate Management Department at Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, overseeing HR, IT, and Records Management Units since January 2013. In this role, Inga develops and implements strategic goals and policies, provides guidance on financial and non-financial incentives, and supports unit heads in their responsibilities. Previous experience includes lecturing in Sociology at Georgian Technical University, holding the position of Deputy Director at the Civil Society and Democracy Development Center with a focus on gender equality, and serving in various roles at USAID, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and the State Corporation of Grain Products and Poultry Industry of Georgia. Inga holds an MBA in General Management from Caucasus University, a PhD in Social Sciences from Georgian Technical University, and a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Tbilisi State Institute of Foreign Languages.
