Tamara Shubladze

Tamara Shubladze is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at Alte University since September 2023, while also holding the position of Head of Human Resources at the Georgian Public Broadcaster. Since September 2020, Tamara has been an Invited Lecturer in Business Psychology at the University of Georgia (Tbilisi) and a Human Resources Trainer at the State Audit Office of Georgia. Prior to these roles, Tamara spent over eight years at EVEX Medical Corporation, where responsibilities included Head of Personnel Recruitment and Learning Management Division, Head of Personnel Planning and Recruitment Unit, and Recruitment Specialist. Tamara's career began as a Human Resources Generalist at GMC Group. Educational background includes a Master of Sciences in Applied Social Psychology from Tbilisi State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
