Evan Kerr

Evan Kerr is an investor at Georgian. Prior to joining Georgian, they were an observer on the boards of eSentire and Beam Dental. From October 2019 to November 2021, they were a board observer at Reonomy, which was acquired by Altus Group. Prior to that, they were an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets from January 2017 to December 2018, where they advised and supported companies on M&A, restructuring and capital raising. Evan also worked as a summer investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets from May 2016 to August 2016.

Evan Kerr has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and a Finance degree from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business). Evan is also certified in Financial Modelling Training from The Marquee Group and in Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
