Taylor Lowe is a seasoned professional in People Operations with extensive experience across various HR roles. Currently serving as a People Operations Business Partner at Georgian since August 2022, Taylor previously held the position of Senior HR Manager at Penfield.AI for a brief period. Prior to that, Taylor spent over five years at Influitive, progressing from People & Culture Intern to Manager, People Operations, where responsibilities included managing recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Taylor also contributed significantly to process improvements that enhanced onboarding experiences and maintained HRIS accuracy. Earlier experiences include leadership roles at Huron University, overseeing resident staff and fostering community engagement. Taylor holds a Honours Business Administration degree from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
