Nickolas Kitchens has a diverse work experience. Nickolas started their career in 2007 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at IDR, where they helped businesses manage and execute IT solutions. In 2010, they joined Principle Solutions Group as an Executive Recruiter, and their contributions helped the company earn recognition as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US. From 2010 to 2014, Nickolas worked as a Talent Acquisition Professional at the Fifth Third Bank, where they played a crucial role in the bank's growth and development. In 2015, they moved to Georgia's Own Credit Union, starting as a Staff Attorney and gradually progressing to higher positions. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Georgia's Own Credit Union, where they provide legal counsel and advice to minimize legal, governance, and compliance risks for the credit union.
