Jason Stern

Jason Stern is an experienced professional in Learning, Development, and Indigenous Engagement, currently serving as the Learning and Indigenous Engagement Manager at Georgiou since July 2009. In this role, Jason leads strategic management initiatives to enhance people development and retention across the company's national operations. Previously, Jason held various positions at Georgiou, including Learning and Talent Manager and Learning and Development Manager, focusing on Aboriginal engagement and alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, Jason is a member of the Civil Construction Industry Training Committee with the Civil Contractors Federation WA since November 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Training and Integration Coordinator at Activ Foundation and as a Knowledge and Training Officer at Soul Communications Pty Ltd. Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Public Relations and Management from Curtin University and a Professional Diploma of HR from the Australian Human Resources Institute.
