Dr Caroline Ladewig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr Caroline is currently working as the Manager Strategic Governance at Geoscience Australia since August 2022. Before this, they worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Grosvenor Performance Group from July 2018.

In 2018, they also worked as a Researcher at the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth. After that, they enrolled at The Australian National University, where they earned their Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis between 2014 and 2017. In addition to their PhD, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership and Innovation from the University of Canberra - Ducere Business School.
