Margaux Delaney

Margaux Delaney has a diverse work experience in various industries. Margaux began their career as a Shareholder & Corporate Services Officer at ShareGift Australia in March 2017, where they managed the processing of share sale donation trades and communicated with stakeholders from different industries. In November 2017, they joined UHG (Unified Healthcare Group) as a Customer Service & Administration Officer, gaining experience in customer service and administration. In 2019, Marguax worked at Cummins South Pacific as a Workplace and Community Environment Intern, reporting to the Director of Workplace and Community Environment. Their responsibilities included analyzing monthly reports, implementing employee engagement programs, and delivering training on HSE policies. Margaux continued their role at Cummins South Pacific as a Workplace and Community Environment (2nd year) until November 2020. In 2020, Margaux also worked as a Human Resources Summer Vacationer at Telstra. The following year, they joined Global Consulting Group as an Events Officer, organizing various events, and later became an HR Officer with responsibilities involving recruitment and drafting HR policies. Marguax's most recent role is as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Australia, where they worked from June 2021 to August 2023 before joining Geoscience Australia as a Team Leader in the Workforce Data and Reporting department.

Margaux Delaney began their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Arts at Monash University from 2016 to 2020. Their field of study during this time was Human Resource Management and Psychology. In 2020, they furthered their education at the Monash Business School with a program in Business School Industry and Alumni Mentoring, although the specific field of study is unspecified. Margaux then participated in the AHRI Mentor Program as a mentee at the Australian HR Institute in 2019.

In 2023, Margaux pursued a Master of Workforce Planning at UNSW, which they completed in 2024. The field of study for this degree is unknown.

Margaux also obtained several additional certifications. In February 2023, they completed the "Design Thinking: Implementing the Process" course at LinkedIn. In June 2022, they received the "PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training" from PeopleCert. In February 2021, they obtained the "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" certification from LinkedIn, as well as the "Introduction to the SHRM-CP Certification Exam" also from LinkedIn. Lastly, in June 2020, Margaux completed the "ISO 45001 Internal Auditor Training Course" offered by BSI.
