Victor Ferreira

Victor Ferreira, CPP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Victor is currently the Director of Customer Success (Americas) at Seerist, where they focus on helping clients navigate potential disruptive events by combining machine intelligence with human expertise. Prior to this, Victor worked at Dragonfly as a Senior Business Development Lead, where they provided private intelligence services to professionals in leading organizations. Victor also served as the US SIR Business Development Lead at Hiscox USA, where they successfully expanded the client base and educated insurance communities on the unique benefits of the Security Incident Response policy. Earlier in their career, Victor held various roles at Control Risks, including Principal, Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Senior Consultant, consistently growing revenue and the client base. Victor also briefly worked at Control Risks Government Services, LLP as a Senior Consultant. Victor began their career at CEB as an Account Manager, Member Services.

Victor Ferreira, CPP holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Victor also has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from The George Washington University. In addition, they obtained a CPP certification from ASIS International in December 2014, and they became an Associate Member of RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.) in June 2019.
