Lauren Doneski

Lauren Doneski has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren started their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Shamrock Sports & Entertainment in 2016. From there, they worked as a Server, Bartender, and Special Events Manager at Scoreboard Sports Bar & Grill. In 2017, they transitioned to the synthetic turf industry, first as a Project Manager at NET Sports Group and later as the Director of Operations at HERA Sports Surfaces LLC. In 2019, Lauren shifted to business analysis and technology consulting, working as a Business Analyst & CALIPER Specialist at ATX Advisory Services. Concurrently, they served as an Assistant Coach for the University of New England's sports team. In 2021, Lauren became a Softball Coach at Swing Factory LLC, specializing in pitching lessons. In 2022, they worked as a Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts before assuming the role of Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at The Cambridge Matignon School.
