Jennifer Plauche Brown

Jennifer Plauche Brown, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Geosyntec Consultants since January 2018, after previously holding the title of Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Human Capital Consultant at Human Resource Dimensions, where strategic HR guidance was provided to enhance client profitability through effective human capital management. Jennifer has also served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Carestream Dental, overseeing HR functions for a global medical device and healthcare IT company, and held similar responsibilities at CH2M HILL, an international engineering consulting firm, where increased responsibilities spanned over twelve years. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi from 1983 to 1987.
