Abram Chan is the most senior individual contributor in Product Design at Geotab and a co-founder of its design organization. Since 2018, he has helped grow the team into a strategic function supporting product development across Geotab’s global platform. He leads design architecture for the company’s fleet ecosystem, focusing on system scalability, workflow integration, agentic AI enablement and user experience alignment across both core platforms and emerging business lines. This includes Altitude by Geotab, where he serves as founding designer and design lead for a product that transforms commercial movement insights into infrastructure and service planning tools. Previously, Chan led design within Geotab’s Data & Analytics group, with a focus on predictive insights, machine learning tooling, and partner-facing platforms. Prior to Geotab, he held UX roles at Havas Canada and Ariad Communications, designing service and commerce experiences across healthcare, telecom, fintech, and retail. He holds a Master’s in Digital Experience Innovation and a BA in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, where he also contributed research in the Reasoning and Decision Making Lab
