Elena Ion

Elena ION has extensive experience in training and recruitment within the telematics, information technology, and healthcare sectors. Currently, Elena serves as Training Solutions Manager for EMEA & APAC at GEOTAB, having held various roles within the company since January 2020, including Partner Training Team Lead and Senior Account Trainer for Europe. Prior to GEOTAB, Elena worked at Sainsbury's as Kronos Project Implementation Manager and Trainer, and at Johnson & Johnson as a Learning Specialist and Technical Advisor for Medical Devices. Additional experience includes a role as Clinical Recruitment Consultant at SEC Recruitment, recruitment responsibilities at Faurecia, and early roles in banking and student development through AIESEC. Elena holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from EM Strasbourg Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies from Universitatea din Pitești.
