Michael Owens

Michael Owens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and competitive intelligence, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Initiatives at GEOTAB since September 2021. Previously, Michael held various roles at TELUS from February 2015 to September 2021, including Senior Strategy Manager and Senior Product Manager in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector. Michael's career also includes a tenure as a Management Consultant at Deloitte and as a Business Development Executive at The Canadian Institute. Additionally, Michael worked as an IBM Business Advisor at IBM from July 2006 to August 2008. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a BCom from Saint Mary's University.
