Ben Wiltsie has over 30 years of experience in the composite industry. Ben is currently the President and CEO of GEOTEK LLC, where they have been leading the company since 2016. Under their leadership, GEOTEK has become the leading global provider of fiberglass utility crossarms. Ben is responsible for driving the growth and development of other market-leading composite brands for infrastructure projects worldwide. Prior to GEOTEK, Ben worked at RTP Company from 2011 to 2016, holding various roles including General Manager of Flame Retardants & Engineered Sheet Products, Director of Marketing, Business Development & Customer Service, and Director of Marketing & Business Development. From 2004 to 2011, Ben held several positions at Ecolab, including Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Line Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager, and Chemical Engineer. Their career started at General Mills in 2003 as an Operations Engineering Intern.

Ben Wiltsie has a strong educational background with degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota. Ben completed their Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in the period from 2001 to 2005.

Afterwards, Ben continued their education at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2005 to 2008. This furthered their knowledge and skills in the field of business and management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ben has also obtained certifications from the Anderson Center. Ben obtained the Executive Forum certification in 2018 and the Corporate Governance Forum certification in 2016. These additional certifications showcase their commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and practices.
