Alessandro Minelli

Alessandro Minelli is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in corporate transformation and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Global Project Leader for Business Transformation and Restructuring at Geox, Alessandro oversees the reorganization efforts in Russia, Canada, and APAC. As a founder of Orso Laboratorio Caffè, Alessandro pioneered Italy's specialty coffee industry. Previous roles include Strategic Change & Transformation Director at Urmet Spa, CEO of Giuliano Caffè, and Co-founding Partner at Zenit Partners. Alessandro has a robust educational background with an MBA from INSEAD and is a Chartered Accountant.
