Shilpy Bandil

Shilpy Bandil is an experienced professional in product operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Product Ops at GEP Worldwide since May 2025. Prior to this role, Shilpy held the position of Director of Product Management at E2open from February 2011 to May 2025 and worked as a Lead at Cisco from December 2002 to February 2011. Shilpy began a career in software engineering at the Centre for Development of Telematics, focusing on network programming and system-level programming for optical technologies from January 2000 to December 2002. Shilpy holds a Master of Technology (MTech) from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science from Delhi University.
