Barbara Hughes

Barbara Hughes FCIS currently serves as Associate Director and Statutory Department Manager at Gerald Edelman, a position held since March 2014, managing a team of six and overseeing Company Secretarial duties for over 2,000 client companies. Prior to this role, Barbara was Company Secretary and Deputy Group Secretary at Ladbrokes Coral from August 1990 to March 2006. Barbara graduated with a BSc Hons in Chemistry from the University of Southampton.
