Nick Ogden

Nick Ogden started their professional career in 2002 as a Director at Deloitte, specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Nick provided advice on acquisition and disposal of industrial, office, and portfolio investment properties across the UK to a range of professional investors. Nick worked at Deloitte until May 2016.

In June 2016, Nick joined Gerald Eve as a Partner and Head of Industrial & Logistics in the Capital Markets team. At Gerald Eve, they advised funds, institutions, property companies, and private clients on acquisition and disposal of industrial and portfolio investment properties across the UK. Nick also had additional experience in areas such as sale & leasebacks, 'income strips,' and student accommodation. Nick's tenure at Gerald Eve is ongoing.

Nick Ogden attended London South Bank University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a PGDip in Estate Management. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Edinburgh from 1998 to 2002, earning an MA (Hons) degree in Economics.
