Shantel Harding

Shantel Harding is an experienced professional in the field of business rates, currently working within the Business Rates team at Gerald Eve since April 2015, focusing on retail clients, managing large property portfolios, and submitting business rates appeals. Prior to this, Shantel served as Rates Manager at Tesco PLC, where significant savings exceeding £2.5 million in empty rates relief were achieved. Shantel's earlier experience includes roles at Savills and NIA Fuller Peiser, where knowledge of Non Domestic Rates was expanded, and a foundational role at The Home Entertainment Corp contributed to the expansion of a video shop chain across the UK.
