Vicky Smith

Vicky Smith is a seasoned professional in corporate real estate with a comprehensive background in portfolio investment and valuation. Currently serving as an Associate at Gerald Eve since July 2016, Vicky has previously held various roles at Deloitte Real Estate from September 2012 to June 2016, including Surveyor in UK Portfolio Investment and in Lease Advisory, focusing on retail rent reviews and lease renewals. Vicky began the career as an Assistant Surveyor in both the Valuation Team and the West End Office Agency, gaining diverse experience in acquisitions and disposals. Vicky holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
