Vinnie Kilner

Vinnie Kilner is a seasoned professional in project management and cost management, currently serving as a Partner at Gerald Eve since December 2024. Prior to this role, Vinnie spent 16 years at Mace, where contributions included serving as Head of Retail, Hospitality & Leisure, overseeing significant annual turnover and managing project teams to enhance client service. Vinnie's experience also encompasses acting as Associate Director, leading client accounts and ensuring resource optimization, alongside foundational roles as Assistant – Senior Project Manager on high-profile projects, including construction management for the Eton Manor venue during the London 2012 Olympics. Vinnie holds a BA (Hons) in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham and has completed a program in Developing Our Future at UCL.
