Josh Gerben

Josh Gerben is the Founding Partner of Gerben Perrott PLLC, where Josh specializes in trademark and brand protection law. Since opening in 2008, the firm has successfully registered over 5,500 US trademarks and assisted clients in registering trademarks in over 30 countries. Additionally, Josh hosts The Josh Gerben Show, a podcast that covers topics not taught in law school. Prior to founding their firm, Josh worked as Of Counsel at Bailey Law Group, P.C. Gerben earned their Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The George Washington University.
