Hal Hardinge

Hal Hardinge has extensive work experience in engineering and product development. Hal started their career as a Plant Engineer at Dollinger Corporation in 1991. In 1995, they joined C-Tech Industries as a Design Engineer and later became the Engineering Manager for Environmental Products. In 2003, Hal joined GERBER, where they held various positions from Sr Mechanical Engineer to Director of New Product Development. Their most recent role at GERBER is Director of New Product Development, which they have held since April 2020.

Hal Hardinge has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics from Franklin & Marshall College, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Hal also has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Cornell University, which they achieved from 1989 to 1991.
