Ralitsa Bankova

Ralitsa Bankova currently serves as the Director of Planning and Analysis at Gerber Life Insurance Company since October 2024. Prior to this role, Ralitsa had a long tenure at Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber) from July 2010 to June 2024, progressing through various positions including Senior Manager Financial Controller, Decision Support Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis. Ralitsa's earlier experience at Nestlé from February 2002 to February 2010 encompassed roles such as Control Framework Stream Lead, Head of Treasury, Treasury Assistant, and Costing Analyst. Ralitsa holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and completed additional studies at The Open University in 2003.
