Victor Manuel Soto Martinez

Victor Manuel Soto Martinez has extensive work experience in the steel industry, primarily in sales and distribution roles. Victor Manuel started their career with Gerdau Corsa in 2007 as the Distribution Director, where they successfully opened six warehouses across Mexico and grew the business into one of the largest steel distribution centers in the country. Victor Manuel was responsible for managing sales and operations teams, and oversaw the company's exports to the USA and Central America. In 2017, they transitioned to Gerdau as a Sales Director, reporting directly to the CEO and leading a $300 million business. Victor Manuel managed a team of 15 people and provided support in marketing and communication strategy.

Victor Manuel Soto Martinez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México between 1990 and 1996. Victor Manuel further pursued their education at The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from 2000 to 2001.
