Charlie Ballard

Charlie Ballard has a diverse work experience in the technology industry, primarily focused on Salesforce architecture and solutions. Starting as a Business Services Specialist at Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys in 2009, they progressed to roles such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Architect at Penrod, Senior Solution and Technical Architect at Rackspace Technology, and Sales Solution Architect at Zennify. Currently, they hold the role of Principal Architect at Gerent. Their expertise lies in designing Salesforce solutions and integrations, particularly in the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors.
