Matthieu Vialard

Matthieu Vialard is an experienced maintenance engineer currently working at Gerflor since May 2017, where responsibilities include resolving operational and organizational issues in maintenance, planning monthly and biannual maintenance stops, and improving the maintenance plan. Prior roles at Gerflor also included overseeing production indicators and conducting quality and safety audits. Matthieu gained practical experience during a final internship at SNCF, focusing on predictive maintenance in the "factory of the future" project, and completed various internships, including developing training programs at McGard and technological research for THALES Inc. Matthieu holds a degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers acquired between 2013 and 2017.
