Hans Derksen

Hans Derksen has over three decades of experience in agricultural management and operations. Currently serving as Site Manager at Germains Seed Technology B.V. since 2018, Hans has been with the company since June 2000, holding various positions including Operations Support, Operations Manager, and Production Manager. Prior to this, Hans worked as Department Manager at Pingo Poultry Goor B.V. from 1994 to 2000, and as Site Manager and Manager of the Plant Protection department at GPOV Suriname from 1991 to 1994, overseeing significant oil palm estate operations. Additionally, Hans served as an Agricultural expert for Dutch United Consultants, where responsibilities included developing an asparagus project in Indonesia. Hans holds a Bachelor's degree in Tropical Plant Production from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
