Lana Kairos

Lana Kairos, MBA, PCC, currently serves as the VP of People at Tailscale and is a member of Chief while co-founding Gravitate Partners, an organization focused on enhancing company culture, DEIB, and people strategies. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Lana has also contributed as a Startup Advisor and Mentor at German Accelerator and as an advisor for WomenSave. Previously, Lana held interim VP positions at Rondo Energy and worked as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Volta Charging. Other notable roles include Head of Leadership Development at Cruise and Senior Consultant at The Ecliptic Consulting Group. Lana holds an MBA specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from USC Marshall School of Business and has pursued additional education in executive coaching, diversity and inclusion, and international relations.
