Debra Allen is an accomplished professional in international business development and real estate, currently serving as an Executive Board Member for the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. since January 2018, where responsibilities include promoting trade relations between Germany and Arizona. With extensive experience at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties since 2003, Debra holds various roles including Director of International Business Development and has established a solid reputation for forming market entry strategies and developing alliances. Debra is also a recognized speaker and instructor, specializing in emotional intelligence and multicultural awareness, alongside a history of writing for prominent real estate publications. With multiple certifications such as CIPS, TRC, and GRI, Debra has significantly contributed to enhancing the professionalism of REALTORS® and served on various advisory boards, including the SACC AZ.
