Jan Heck

Jan Heck is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the premium appliance and technology sectors. Currently serving as President & CEO of Hestan Commercial Group since March 2024, Jan also holds prominent roles at the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., as a Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors since May 2019. Prior positions include Global President of Kitchen and Bath at Material Bank® for a brief period in early 2024, and significant leadership tenures as President & CEO of Miele USA (2016-2023) and President of Miele Canada (1999-2016). Jan's earlier career includes pivotal roles at Bizerba, both as President and Managing Director, where successful turnaround and reorganization strategies were implemented. Jan's background reflects a strong focus on sales growth, business model innovation, and customer engagement across multiple leading brands.
