Sergio has worked at various prestigious institutions such as the University Clinic Bonn and the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases. Sergio's research interests include multi-site communication in the brain and the identification of cellular homeostasis markers in brain tissue. Sergio has a diverse educational background with degrees in neuroscience, biochemistry, molecular biology, and medicine from institutions like the University of Hamburg and Universidad de Antioquia. Sergio has also worked as a medical general practitioner and a young researcher in the field of neuroscience.
