Hani Kadir

Hani Kadir has been the Team Leader of Human Resources at German European School Singapore since April 2010, overseeing efficient HR services while ensuring compliance with school policy and Singaporean legislation. Responsibilities include consulting with the Principal and Senior Management on HR matters, managing recruitment processes, and advising on talent management and remuneration structures. Prior to this role, Hani served as Senior Executive HR at Carmel Manufacturing Pte Ltd from May 1995 to May 2009. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resource Management System from PSB Academy Singapore and multiple certifications in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
