Andy Bridgewater CFSP has a long and successful career in sales and engineering. Andy began their career in 1995 as a Corporal in the British Army. In 2004, they joined PR Cooling Services as a Senior Field Service Engineer. In 2007, they joined Staveley Head as a Division Sales Manager. During their time at Staveley Head, Andy achieved record high revenue growth and increased revenue from £1 million to £15 million in 4 years. In 2011, they were hired by Arctic Circle Ltd as a Technical UK Sales Manager, where they identified sales and marketing gaps and renegotiated relationships with old accounts while creating new ones. In 2016, they were hired by FERMOD as the Head of Sales and developed a company wide sales strategy, achieving sales growth from £5.6 million to £11 million. In 2022, they joined German Bionic as the UK Sales Manager, focusing on increasing efficiency and productivity as well as reducing costs and work related injuries.
Andy Bridgewater CFSP has an extensive educational history. Andy completed an Extended Diploma Level 5 Sales Management from the Online Business School between 2017 and 2020, a Level 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management from Inspire London College between 2020 and 2021, a Higher National Diploma in Sales & Marketing from CPD between 2019 and 2021, and a Level 7 Diploma in Team Management & Leadership Skills from the International Academy for Professional Development Ltd between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they obtained a City & Guilds in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician from the Royal School of Military Engineering between 1996 and 1997, and a Certified Food Service Professional from CESA in 2018.
